FAQs
What makes Capo Performance Rehab different?
1
We combine chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and sport-specific rehab in a one-on-one setting. Our team specializes in working with athletes and general population alike. At Capo Performance Rehab, your treatment is designed with your individual goals in mind. Our focus is on patient care while using cutting edge techniques alongside some vivacious energy and conversation.
What conditions do you treat?
2
We help athletes and active individuals recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve performance. Common conditions include low back pain, shoulder injuries, knee pain, sports strains, sprains, and mobility restrictions, sciatica, sports strains, and disc injuries and many more. Our team also focuses on injury prevention and performance optimization.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
3
No referral is required to book an appointment with our chiropractors or physiotherapists. Many patients come directly to us for care, but if you’re working with another doctor, we’re happy to collaborate on your recovery.
What’s the difference between chiropractic care and physical therapy?
4
Chiropractic care focuses on restoring proper joint motion, alignment, and nervous system function. Physiotherapy emphasizes exercise, strength, and movement correction. At Capo, we integrate both approaches for faster recovery and long-term performance.
Do you only treat injuries or can you help with performance too?
5
We do both. Many patients come to us not just to recover, but to perform at their best. From mobility work to strength programming, we help athletes move better, recover faster, and stay game-ready.
How can rehab and training help prevent sports injuries?
6
By improving strength, mobility, and movement mechanics, we lower your risk of injury. We also teach recovery strategies to keep you training consistently without setbacks.
Can you help with return-to-play after injury?
Yes. We design phased rehab and performance programs to safely return athletes to competition or training. We'll make sure you're strong, mobile, and confident before stepping back on the field, mat, or water.
7
Do you provide soft tissue therapy or massage?
Yes. Our therapists use a variety of soft tissue techniques including myofascial release, cupping, and instrument-assisted therapy. These help reduce tightness, improve mobility, and speed up recovery.
8
Do you offer maintenance care for people without injuries?
9
Yes. Many athletes and active individuals see us for recovery, mobility, and injury prevention, even when they aren’t hurt. It’s a proactive way to stay strong and healthy.
